The Linda Lea Sequel

The Linda Lea Sequel
Rundown Theater to Be Recast as One-Screen Specialty Cinema

I know this is juvenile, but really – this woman royally screwed us and there’s nothing we could do about it because she has $66MM in the bank. I take consolation in the fact I’m not lazy like her only son. He’s utterly worthless.

I count it as a learning lesson. Don’t get in bed with the devil unless you’re ready to get screwed.

I have every email saved, every bit of correspondence saved, everything… she screwed us, plain and simple.  We got nothing for 5 years work doing everything possible to renovate the Linda Lea into a state-of-the-art single screen.  Oh well…

No regrets.
